Cadillac Escalade Motor Swapped Into 240SX; Carlos Cano’s 620SX being built by Sinister Designs Inc.

Hello everyone. My name is Daniel John. Most people new me back in the day on the rotary forums as the Mechanical_Deviant. I am in the process of opening my own shop Sinister Designs Inc we speacialize in all types of fabrication. We are sponsoring a 240sx vert for Carlos Cano for XDC this year. You might know Carlos from top drift in his yellow S200 powered AE86.

The build started a couple months ago but was put on hold for the holidays. We have recently resumed the project. We will attempt to update on here daily. The build is a 92 240sx vert. It is being powered by an L92. The L92 is a 6.2 Cadillac Escalade motor and very similar to the LS3. We will plan on using a Hurst t56 transmission, complete custom suspension and knuckles. The car will have custom wiring and be powered off a stock ecu flashed and re tuned.

I am going to post some pics to bring everyone up to speed. The car is being prepped for a tube chassis front and rear end. The car is already seam welded. We finished up the motor mounts yesterday. CONTINUE HERE
