This muffler is nice. I would put this on my own car, but it's a little too high-flow for the 4A-GE in my AE86. It's better suited for discriminating buyers like you who have boosted WRXs, Supra Turbos, RX-7s, 240SX with SR20DET or any other car in need of an exhaust you can fit your head inside.
As stated in the official description, the muffler includes a stainless mounting bracket that an exhaust hanger can be attached to (since the shell is carbon fiber, you can't weld a hanger directly to it). It's not pictured, but it is included.

Yes, the earplugs are included. Available for pickup in Norcal (or delivery for the next Drift Day or whenever I'm in SoCal) or shipping at your expense.
