want to hook up a Y32 Gloria...

i am new here and i just got a Y32 Nissan Gloria.....and i am not too sure what to do with it. my original plan was to get an RB25DET, to replace the VG30DET. the main reason for doing this....is mainly because i need to get it converted to a five-speed. since i want to get the front clip i will have all the parts necessary to do so, i thought someone could help me with the pros and cons on the RB25. thank you for your time. -robert
