January -04 i won on an EBAY action over a year ago - 4 jap-style mufflers from the US based company PROCARPARTS. www.procarparts.com
paid them & they were shipped wia groundmail (ship)
after 5 months nothing had arrived.
another month later i was mad & telephoned the company in the USA (remember i live in Euope)
then they told me to contact the shipping company DHL.
I did just that & was told by DHL that the package was held
by FRENCH customs - (what the hell... FRENCH customs ????)
I live in Sweden, Not franch i told them....
PCP then told me that they would fax a copy of the invoice to french customs to clearify the value - in order to have them sent the package to me in Sweden.
Nothing happened at all for several months... I called them again in the beginning of December -04.
The guy on the phone (David) remembered me & promised me to take care of this...
Nothing has happens at all since this phone-conversation...
So i have once every week for 6 weeks now sent them a REALLY ANGRY mail stating the facts that they DONT CARE ABOUT their customers at all.
& I also threatened to sue them.
