    I had a problem like that, but I had to pull it up ALL the way to get very little breaking. Just tightened the cable and it was fixed.

    Then either you have to tighten alot or your cable is messed up. The rear brakes work right?

    Fixing E-Brake?

    Well i got a 1984 toyota corolla sr5 and i swapped the rear end off a gts and put it on the sr5...but one problem is that the ebrake doesnt work....a friend told me that all you need to do is take off the rear brakes and do some tightening and it should work....anybody got any info? thanks
