WTF? strict post reviews?!?!

ok, I don't know if this is just me or is this happening to everyone...
everytime i post, it takes 3-4 weeks to show, depending on the situation...
it's getting VERY ANNOYING, i don't know what this is all about, why can't you have it appear instantly instead of going through an airprot style screening proccess...

It's more like 60 posts.

It's annoying and makes it hard to have a conversation, but it does cut down on the crap. Just bear with it, it's only temporary.
