I am pumped to officially announce the 2jz @ocdworks head port and build. There are a ton of details and specs below. Please read, educate yourself, and soon I will have Dyno numbers to go with the new package 🏼 Valvetrain: Supertech single beehive valve-springs, OCD Works spec 93 lbs Supertech titanium retainers Supertech Nitride intake valves, standard size Supertech Inconel exhaust valves, standard size OCD Works Tuerck Spec CNC porting OCD Works full-contour valve job Features: Using Supertech single-coil beehive valve-springs and small retainers to reduce weight on valvetrain. Using light-weight valvetrain, less weight on physically moving parts to reduce wear and tear as well as friction for high-revving, anti-lag applications. Using less moving parts means less failing parts. Using standard size valves to maintain velocity through both intake and exhaust ports to maximize available torque. Using standard size valves to maintain torque at low rpm to spool the turbocharger quickly. Using standard size valves and matching throat size to ensure the most efficient port designed to maximize torque and power. Using our state-of-the-art OCD Works 5-axis CNC machine to port each runner for consistency across every cylinder. Consistent ports mean consistent flow, and consistent flow means a consistent tune. Maximize the potential of your tune and protect your engine as well! Using our Tuerck Spec CNC porting is designed to ensure torque and power suitable for most street applications up to 1000 hp. Overall, this Tuerck Spec head will be available to the public for a very reasonable price. OCD Works specializes in CNC porting and cylinder head design. We have extensive experience producing competition-spec products and we are able to pass our knowledge and savings along to you. Final bench-flowed numbers as well as intro pricing will be available when Ryan shares dyno results to show that our design is race-proven.
