I actually own a supra with a t78 single @captainhookz and your right, it holds boost very well and doesn’t need to be built to hang at around 800-900whp all day but my buddy has an r33 and anything over 450whp needs fully built motor, besides both engines are almost the same just backwards where the exhaust manifold and intake manifold are swapped and the rb is just a 2.6 over the 2j 3.0

Oh and I tried tracking the supra, even with sensitive driving I would loop it at any angle with full boost, smaller turbo could hang but my size is for straight lines

Why y’all arguing? Seriously the VR has put out way more HP/TQ numbers than the RB already. And for the 2J fanboys, soon power will exceed that of the 2J by far…still won’t be easily availiable as the 2J though
