“an eight-alarm fire broke out across the street from where the car was parked and the Boston Fire Department did not hesitate to bust through the car windows to weave their hoses from the hydrant straight towards the flames. Keeping the hose in a straight line helps maintain the water pressure.” Photo / Text From http://gma.yahoo.com/blogs/abc-blogs/firefighters-smash-bmws-windows-stretch-hose-toward-8-164057449–abc-news-topstories.html?vp=1

@madogmx the hose would have to come out of the hydrant at a right angle if they went around the car, restricting water flow. If it is in a circle then it’s a gradual one.

Lol. He shouldn’t have parked there. The law states that should the Fire Department be blocked from a water source due to an illegally parked vehicle they can do whatever they need to do in order to put out a fire. (Still POOR CAR!)

@sinus_arian they’re just doing there job, not to mention, they parked in front of a hydrant. I think containing a large fire and making sure the people in the houses are more if a priority than that persons Beemer
