um nah sorry, work mesiters and ssr proffesor sp1s are two different rims that look similar. you can buy the ssrs from hopupracing.com or i-m-racing. theirs a few more places but those are the first two off the top of my head
do you know what SSR stands for?
Speed Star Racing...
i've actually never heard of Speed Star wheels before. I dunno why tirerack has it listed under speed star wheel. because on the SP1s themselves it has the SSR label/symbol (at least the ones i've seen in person.) maybe some sort of stupid copyright/marketing issue. boo
as for tirerack, ewww on those lip. See if they can get the low face, cause whats the point of getting SP1s if they come with a high face/small lip like in the picture?
The SSR wheels that they sell at tire rack are completly different than the SSR japan. I believe they are the same name but made in different places. The ones at tirerack are made for the US market. There was a guy not to long ago selling black SSR sp1's with a offset that would suit a 350. He posted on like 10 different forums trying to sell the wheels. They are probiblly still for sale. Otherwise you can find a shop(online or local) and they can order them for you but that usually takes 2-3 months. Here a pic of mine
This is where I'm getting my SSR SP1 in black... Hope they help you out... They are authorized SSR dealers so the get the JDM version and they warranty them
Speed Star Racing wheels sold by Gruppe-S are inherently different from Speed Star Racing wheels sold by Speed Star Racing USA and its affiliated distributors, including Tire Rack. SSR wheels sold by Gruppe-S include JDM finishes and styles not available in the United States, and must be warrantied by us.
