s13 with sr $3000

ok im posting this for a friend. this car needs to go to the state ref and it has an sr so theres no way its gonna pass, so heres the deal. You buy the the car for parts and scrap the chassis or do what you need to get it cleared or whatever. Mods that i know of:
redtop sr20det
new act something clutch ( super stiff, he has the box to it)
apexi ( i think, might be hks) exhuast, straight through turbo back
tein he coilovers
apexi avcr
hks blowoff valve
nismo motor mounts
some other stuff probably like turbo timers and stuff.

the price is $3000 firm. Someone jump on this its a steal.
