Direct bolt on to the S14 SR20DET manifold (might fit S15, but no guarantees). It has a large 60mm diameter opening compared to 50mm of the stock throttle body. Comes with working TPS. $140 shipped by priority mail (2-3 days). Can also be picked up in West Covina, CA.
