they are made in japan for me
they (the company who builds for me) also makes LSD's for TRD, NISMO, and Mazdaspeed
Basically you get the same unit at a better price

they are both 2 ways clutch type

adjustable as in like the cusco type mz (i think that is the one) where you can adjsut how fast it will lock up

Well with all clutch type LSD's you can use thicker clutch plates, and more clutch plates, or add stiffer springs
that would change how the diff would lock up
