is the plate on the right missing something in the middle?

It is just not there in the picture. They come with all the hardware. Which = two funky nuts and a pair of spacers. You can actually see it in the top right of the picture. It slides into the bearing. The spacers are not in the picture.

I am interested since my front strut bearings are shot anyways and I plan on getting new suspension soon.
