    The car was previously painted army green with a P40 warplane style 'sharkmouth' on the front fenders. It has since gone through a dramatic change and was painted inside and out in House of Kolor Planet Green by Wrecks N F/X in clearwater, FL. The car is completely sounds and drives excellently; we're just ready to build a new car.

                    no emission in FL. to pass, i would install a cat and tune the a/f lean. and the legal means its a legal RHD car, not KA-Turbo.. how would you "legalize" a motor?! the car is legal to register, insure and drive. any modification you do to a motor that affects emissions is illegal; technically.

                      yes motor swaps/mods can be "legal" if you can take your setup to a smog ref and he approves it. A friend of mine did that when he swapped a J-Spec GS-R motor into his LS integra.

                      If some guy from california buys it then the only way that thing would be legal is if he kept the FL license plate on it forever.

                      You should probably throw in some kind of disclaimer for out of state buyers.

                        thats also a GSR motor, COMMONLY offered stateside. so what do you guys do about SR swaps? are you NOT allowed to modify your vehicles? thats stupid. i know florida is not the only state as lose as we are. when you guys go to emmisions, do they look at your motor? so anyone with an aftermarket turbo setup cant register their car. i think you guys are too cautious.

                          moral of the story,...... MOVE to Florida haha, and buy this man's car, I have seen it run at hialeha speedway and its hotttt.
                          I love florida, no emissions, no cops impoundin rhd cars, and massive ammounts of jdm rhd cars roaming the streets, the best part is... our state doesnt care, I love it!

                            the car also carries a us vin # (since it was a 240SX), so it is 100% legal to register!
