S14 - Auto to Manual - Looking for reputible shop!!

I just purchased my first S14. I got an awesome deal because it has an auto trans.

I am trying to find a trustworthy shop ( not a hack shop ) that isn't insane with their pricing to do a tranny swap to manual.

Anyone got some advice? I live in Riverside, Ca but will travel to Orange county, LA county if needed.

Working with Jeff Jordan and we need a S14 KA manual trans in good working shape ( no pop outs or grinds )!!! Anyone got one? Located in SoCal!
