nah, I recognize the pics from a major Japanese used auto seller. Looks like a case of someone with grand dreams of marking up cars he doesn't yet own and bringing them over as they are sold.

I'm confused, is that just an S14.5 with a rhd conversion, or is it a Japanese S14.5?? either way it isn't an S15.
