  • Fs: 1987 Na Fc3s S4 Gxl

Well, I can no longer keep this and it has to go. I don't wanna send this to the 'yards cuz its still good in majority. Don't wanna part it out either cuz its too much work for. I could say that this is a good project car like how I intended to be but had to scrap the project due to lack on finances and support. Here's the low down:

1987 Mazda RX-7 base model GXL (S4 series body and engine)
    5 speed manual
Had about 130,000 miles on the original engine (see pic)
The two modifications were an HKS Super Mega Flow Filter (see pic)
and the other was a fuel cut off switch
I had a shop made the fuel cut off switch to avoid flooding upon start
13B NA has a bad rear apex seal but the housing should still be good
Can start but cannot hold a decent idle so it dies
Compression on the rear rotor is really low compared to the front
Didn't measure actual compression, did it by feeling pressure output by hand
    Shell is pretty decent
Clutch is strong as well as the rear end
Exterior is original silver plus HKS sticker on the side
    Interior is blue color
Original 5 lug alloys (dent on front driver side wheel, not too major)

    Here's the pics

For more pics, go to my Imagestation album here.

I'm asking for $1500 or best offer. Plus, I'll throw in a 1st gen steering wheel and a stock Turbo 2 exhaust.

For any questions, email me at jayz85@hotmail.com. I'm located in the north side of Chicago if any local guys want to see the car personally.
