Apexi filter and adapter for sell

i have a new apexi filter and its adapter for sell, they are new but the apexi has some little dents from sitting in my trunk, but its not major at all, it's never been used and ebay sell it for 110 plus shipping, not including the adapter (which is another 30$)!!!

im selling the apexi filter plus adapter for 80$ us.

for what engine? I think both ka and sr are ok, its for a s14 though.
