what front engine car has a stiffer rear spring than the front??? im not talking about backyard drifter setups, im talking about proper road race setups... and dont forget about the difference between spring rates and wheel spring rates. different placements of the spring or shock spring combo are what really matters. you might have a 500 lb spring but at the wheel its ony 250 lbs because of leverage.

on your 510 rear toe i would run 1-2 mm toe in. and on the front, if your going to be road racing id put it at 1 mm toe in, and if your drifting or your on a slow speed auto-x course id put it at 0-1 mm toe out to help the turn in

thanks again tech. i can visually see my rear toe in. so its gotta be at least 4mm. how stiff would you reccomend the rear being. to get my car to ride level i believe i have to cut 1.5 coils. thats what they did with the nissan competition springs

i would just go with the springs you have now, nissan comp springs are good. 1.5 coils cut off should be no prob, but you should think about getting 280z front struts and brakes,(if you dont already) the brakes are way better and the struts are 1.5 to 2 inches shorter so you have more front suspension travel. but you will have to cut the spring perch off and weld on the 510 one or weld on a coil over sleeve.
