Anyone seen BM's AE86 Special 2? If so, do you know what program they were using to analyze the lap times/speeds? Thanks.

MrodDrft: you need a bittorrent client to download.
No BT client? Go to: http://www.elhacker.net/lomejor.htm#Clientesp2p
You can dl either BITTORENT 3.3, AZEREUS or (the one that I'm using) TORRENTSTORM 1.1
Once dl'd, go here:
http://quadzilla.alcatraz-media.com/...ts/movies.html
then click Automotive/Cars (unless my link takes you there directly).
Click on the torrent file, or right click - "save as" and drop an drag the torrent file into your torrent client.
If the top link doesn't work:
Go to: www.suprnova.org - click on movies - then you can follow what I typed above.Last edited by MK2_GTI; 03-07-2004, 09:48 PM.

Hmm, Nero...never played movies with a CD burning utility...unless this is something else.
If you're having problems with either audio or video, it's usually a codec problem, a lack of one that is. Windows Media Player will download codecs automatically as well as Real Player(Real One ).
There was a movie, might have been Drift Bible that needed an audio codec, AC3 or something. Windows Media Player should complain about not having it when you play the movie. You just need to download a AC3 decompressor (codec) to play sound. Here's a link:
http://www.glasso.dk/ac3.htm
As far as the Underground movie. I had other problems with that. For some reason, the file was messed up and wouldn't play. I used Virtual Dub (a movie editing utility) to recompress the file, just put it into Xvid. You can choose whatever codec you want. That was my only problem with that movie, just some error. I don't know if it was uploaded that way or maybe just an error when I downloaded it. Oh, if you're going to use Virtual Dub, you need to download a plug-in for it so it can work with Mpeg 2 movies. It doesn't by itself Here's the links:
Virtual Dub:
http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/
Mpeg 2 add-on:
http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/
That should get you playing the movie.
