5. Feint
6. Accelerator Off
Tsuchiya explains and demonstrates in detail how to utilize these various
techniques to drift your car. He also shows how to drift with cars that
have different characteristics. Cars with strong grips, weak grips and cars
with little power.
In car cameras show how he maneuvers the car from inside. A footpedal
camera and indicators showing how he's using the brakes and accelerator make
it extremely helpful.
Tuning tips from the Drift King are also present as he tell us which mods
are necessary to drift. Advice on what kind of tires to use are also
included.
Practice Methods
Mixing in stories from his own experience when he first got his license and
started drifting, Tsuchiya demonstrates practice methods on how to control
your car. He shows and gives tips on how to do a 90, 180 and 360 turn which
are the first steps to drifting your car. After tire screeching
demonstrations he always stops to break down the process of the entire
maneuver. Most of these moves involve complex timing and accuracy so this
explanation helps understand the movements.
