the only problem with that is you run hot air through the intercooler into the radiator, raising the temperature of your radiator requiring either a huge fan, or a bigger radiator, plus when moving the radiator back, you leave less room for a fan to be fit back there, so you must buy a slim fan. I thought of an example car
Next time you see Taniguchi's new S15, look at the engine, when he came to the States on the first round of the D1GP, his car had a Mid-Mounted Intercooler, That's why there was a big gap in the front bumper, where the intercooler was supposed to be!
