It had those levers in it. It also won the 1992 or 3 Jump-a-thon at the Lakewood fair grounds in Atlanta. The guy that built it was a hill climber and he used the 2 handle brake set up. He is 70 years old and is building a lst buggy to climb some hill in Tallapoosa Ga that he could never climb. He want's to do it before he dies. Now that's dedication. His new climber has 300 hp.
