I hope i get my car certified for racing. Thats the only thing im worried about. SCCA does have some strict rules and if you want to get your car certified from SCCA, better have some $$$ for safety mods, they'll hand you a book worth of safety comments on your car

I dunno. Depends on what the classes are. I am sure that their eyes are open to the fact that not eveyone has deep pockets and can afford all that crap. But then again, they might not. You never know. Remember this though. they are not the only ones who can throw an event. Anyone can. Talk to sponsers, get a place and do it. May take awhile and be stressful, but what isn't. Try dating. Now thats tough.

Yeah I heard about this SCCA thing also.

My friend who was at SEMA said he met a guy who was involved with a series thats been in development for nearly a year called the World Drift Championships. He said they were having their drift competitions on REAL city streets!!!!

"By the poeple - for the people"

That would be the coolist sh*t!!

yeah that would be the shizit but the likelyhood of the scca holding drifting events on the street would be kinda weird but hey it could happen i guess, i never though drifting would get this big here and it has so anything is possible.
