hey im looking to find one in southern california, as long as its around a grand. ive searched on nasioc and here but cant seem to find anything?

are there any that feature school owned vehicles?

I doubt you'll see that any time soon, unless they dump some BIG money into it and you pay big money to race for the day / weekend...just think wear/tear on cars, tires, clutches...that would be EXPENSIVE, probably too expensive for a lot of the soon-to-be drifters out there
