This is the last Qualifier of the year. ALL drivers that fail to qualify at this event must participate in the Pro Am Drift Series to compete in Formula Drift in 2007.

And too bad this isnt a licensing for next season. Nick will be there. And I think Verena Mei has a better shot then Nadine or Amanda, no offense to them they are both great drivers but Verena has been tearing it up lately.

Dan Pena - Drift Patrol foxbody mustang

Nick Hogan - driving sam's Formula D viper

Andy Hately recieved a license, and announced plans at the event to attend seattle. Verena and Tino hit the wall and were unable to continue. Nick hogan hit the wall, but finished his 3 qualifying runs.

full privateer? paying for 80 or 90% of the cost of your parts isn't enough?

Verena has had a lot of help, but most of the other guys there today have paid for most things out of their pockets (not counting hogan). I know Tino, Lance F, and Andy Hately have dumped thousands and thousands of dollars of their own money into those cars, don't be so quick to discount them.
