    We are now allowing the top 12 from this event to advance the National Pro-Am event in November. more information visit www.proamdrift.com

    Register for the USDrift Championship Event at Mid-Ohio here.

    USDrift Championship at Mid-Ohio:
    This event will serve several purposes; the first is to determine the 2006 USDrift Nationals Champion (based on total series points), next is to award an event champion, and lastly is that the top 12 drivers from this event will be invited to compete at the National Pro-Am event and represent the East Region.

    You may register for the USDrift Championship Event at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on September 14-16, 2006 at the following link:

    ***You must pre-register via the above link and the deadline is Saturday, September 9th 2006, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
    There will be NO registrations after September 9th and NO registrations on the day of the event.
    Event payout is a $2500.00 purse.
    Event cost is $189.00.
    *All drivers must meet all safety and vehicle requirements to compete at this event. Detailed information regarding the safety and vehicle requirements can be found by visiting www.usdrift.com, "forms", "2006 Competition Rules and Regulations".     Schedule:
    Thursday, September 14th - Lunch Session - practice (30 minutes)
    Friday, September 15th - Lunch Session - practice (30 minutes)
    Friday, September 15th - Evening Session - qualifying (90 minutes)
    Saturday, September 16th - Lunch Session - practice (30 minutes)
    Saturday, September 16th - Evening Session - competition (90 minutes)

    UPDATE:
    The first day of practice went well, we have one more practice session tomorrow and then start the qualifying in the evening. More to follow.
