Ter-Tech parking lot event on Dec 9th sold out in 4 hours.
All fifty spots.
First parking lot event for south Florida...and first event in West Palm Beach.
Here it is finally. The Practice event will be held at South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach Florida on Dec 9th. Gates open at 7am and stay open till dawn.
Directions to the lot are from I-95 take Shoutern Bldv to west, past turnpike make right on to Fairground drive and enter at gate 10. from turnpike go west on to Shoutern drive about 1 mile and turn right to fairground drive enter at gate 10.
Cars will be inspected for working seat belt, loose battery, loose items, loose balljoints, etc... common sense stuff. Drivers need to wear proper shoes, clothing and HELMETS. Drifting outside of the track area is forbidden thru out the day and any other kind of foolish behaviour will not be tolerated. SPECIAL THANKS TO TERENCE JENKINS AT WDC FOR MAKING THIS EVENT HAPPEN. THIS WILL BE FIRST OF SERIES OF PRACTICES WHICH WILL END UP IN A QUALIFIER (Televised) FOR THE IRL (INDY RACING LEAGUE) IN ST. PETERSBURG WHERE THE QUALIFIED WILL BE PUTTING ON A HALFTIME SHOW WHICH IS ALSO TELEVISED ON OCTANE TV.
