There's only 13 J-drivers, maybe more than 1 American will make it into top 8 this time...

(since in NJ, they only brought 7 or 8 J drivers, but all 4 of the final 4 were Japanese...)

Is it me or has D1 sort of lost it's appeal?

FormulaD seems to be the leading drift series anymore, so I feel.

i dunnoe, the crowd for the d1 event seemed huge. like the stands filled up and people were left standing at 8pm but the best 16 didnt start till 9pm and then the big crowd watching the drag racing started to come on over and there wasnt seats to be found.

but i'll always love the d1 drivers. d1 judging seems to be the only weird thing to me. it would be hardcore to see all the d1 drivers compete on formula d courses or american drivers on d1gp courses. or like a judging collaboration with d1/formula d people. id love to see that.
