Event Description/
Schedule Drift Event with a twist. This will be a competition like no other !!! 1000$ to win 500$ 2nd and 250$ 3rd (Prize $ based on a 40 car count) This Event will be a hybrid of Drifting and Auto X with an emphasis on drift driving skills ! The course will be run on the clock with designated sections that must be drifted to avoid Grip strike penalties (time added ) and mechanical clip indicators that if hit will subtract time also Bonus time removed for clean runs. We will take the first 50 drivers to preregister . Preregistration must be in by 4-20-08 or 25$ is added to Reg. fee of 150$. Friday April 25 gates open @ 7:00am Competitors must sign in and be teched by 9:00 am Drivers meeting @ 10:00 am round One eliminations starts@ 11:00 am we will take the top ten Competitors from Fri. event to compete for the money on sat 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
this event will be run in conjunction with Hot-orama / www.hot-orama.com
and all competitors will receive 2 pit pases & 2 free tickets to the weekend events

Take another look!! Drifting event!!

OK here goes, because of the short notice and lack of participation we are reformatting the Hot-oroma event. On Fri. 4-25 it will be (GET ON THE TRACK TIME ATTACK/ DRIFT PRACTICE). you can run the course as a time attack or try your hand at drifting!!!!!!!!! Open to all cars that pass tech inspection (i.e.: Battery tied down, all lugs tight and preasent, good factory or better seat beats , & no loose front end parts.)
Admission will be 25.00$ for 4 timed runs on the same course that was run on 4/13. Registration starts @ 9:00 a.m. on the track @ 12:00 p.m. The event ends @ 6:00 p.m. Cars can enter & be teched until 4:30pm. We will still have a drift competition on Saturday 4/26. A 20 car limit will be imposed. Pre-entry recommended for drift event. The fee is 150.00$ to compete including driver, one crew member and 4 practice runs on Friday. 500$ purse based on a 20 car count. see ya there JERRY aka T-hill polar Bear
