To kick off the 2013 season, our first practice event will be on the Outside Road Course at LVMS!!
This is the same Track that we will be hosting the 2013 VegasProAm series!

Where: Outside Road Course @ LVMS
When: January 27th (Sunday) 8am-4pm
Cost: $130
Gate Fee: $10
When - January 27th 2012 (8:00am - 4:00)
Where - The Las Vegas Motor Speedway Outside Road Course
There will be 3 course layout available
1 - Intermediate/Advanced Course 3rd gear layout - North Course
1 - Beginner/Intermediate Sweeper 2nd gear layout
1 - Beginner Figure 8 Skid Pad learning lot
* Instruction Available (must request this at registration check in or at the mandatory drivers meeting)
Vehicles equipped with roll cages w/doorbars are permitted to tandem. However must meet the following requirements.
* A 2.5 lbs Fire Extinguisher mounted with in arms reach.
Passenger Ride Alongs : *To Be Determined for the Road Course* - Allowed on the Skid Pad and Beginner Sweeper Course

Course Break Down Site Clean up LVMS Dragstrip lot
Leaking Vehicles will not be allowed on The Road Course. Please take great preparation and care to make sure your vehicles are leak free. There will be a leak test during the tech inspection.
All Vehicles must pass a Technical/Safety inspection:
It is the Drivers Responsibility to make sure their vehicle is track ready. Please use the Inspection Tech Sheet as a reference of items that we will be looking for during the inspection. Common tech problems that cause vehicles to fail, are cracked windshields, improperly tied down batteries, belted tires, or any type of fluid leaks. Vehicles that fail the tech inspection wont be allowed to run until the repairs have been verified by the Chief Steward. In the event that a vehicle does not continue to meet LVMS/Vegasdrift Safety/Technical standards through out the day, the Chief Steward will be forced to pit the vehicle.
Driver Safety Equipment:
All Drivers must wear long pants and closed toe shoes and at least a Snell 2000 rated helmet to participate. Functional seat belts or harnesses are required. No Refunds will be issued if the vehicle/safety equipment does not pass or continue to pass tech through out the event.
All ride along participants must wear long pants and closed toe shoes and have their own Snell 2000 or better rated helmet. Drivers and passengers must keep their hands inside the vehicle at all times while on the track. Drivers are responsible for the conduct of their passengers. If an unsafe incident occurs due to a passenger distracting the driver or touching the vehicle controls, the driver will be liable for all damages and will be invited to leave.
