Beaver Run (DG Trials)

Did anyone go to this meet? I did and I couldn't figure out of there were "winners" or if the function was just for fun.

Yeah I was there. I feel the same way about the competition. I thought it was too loosely organized and that the people running it were just putting the spotlight on their friends. There was a lot of impressive drifting though. The Volvo, the orange S13, the Falken car, just to name a few. I had a good time though. Lots of cool cars and great drifting.

he was kicking some censored!!!!!

I don't usually like stuff lik ethe falken car, but it was pretty good.
so was the volvo. It was weird how they had that track furthest
from the pit going up the steep grade from a dead stop.
All the 'rollas were heaving when they got to that turn.
they had to almost over rev just to get any speed.

It was a good time though.

It would have been much nicer had they used all of Wilson Circuit, and had two or three cars following eachother for the competition.

They had a big empty parking lot that. It almost seems they could have made a better track out of that. The cart track had some interesting turns in it but it was almost too thin. Especially since people kept getting stuck in the mud going off track.

Yeah, the mud was a huge problem.
