Northern Va DC Drift

By the turn out at the US Drift nationals in Manassas, there is some base in the NOVA/DC/MD area. I have been in contact with Chris Cobetto (US Drift) about trying to get an area group together and try to do what Look Out has done in the Richmond/Petersburg area. US Drift will help us with any legal matters that need to be addressed but we need a decent number of people and then we can look for a LEGAL place to meet and practice. I have told Chris that I will take point on this but I need to find people in the area to start getting together. As you know, there is another even comming up in july Hyperfest ( www.hyper-fest.com ) and I would like to have a couple people to meet up there to talk to him about getting this rolling. One of my friends told me that a couple people meet up at the BJ's Wholesale Club in Woodbridge on friday evenings. For those of you not familiar is is off of the Prince William Parkway. I think I will head down there tonite and check it out. If anyone is interested in rolling, email me.
Take the PWP exit off of I-95 towards Manassas. It is only a couple miles down the road. It will be on your right, you cant miss it.
