Tokyo Bay Shops?

Are there any shops near or around tokyo bay? (any tuner shops or big parts stores) (hopefully Yashio Factory!)
The reason I am asking this is that my uncle just moved out there as a n english teacher. And he said he would send over soem parts for me if I could tell him where to get it.
