I just fitted a PPGearbox to my R33 Drift car.
I can tell you that nothing compares to changing gear mid drift without having to let off the throttle and not getting a box of Syncros in your hand.

I have a Helical cut Dog engagement 1st-4th gear.
Before fitment I was bogging down between gears (largish turbo (RX6 P18housing) and now the boost stays right up there and i can maintain a smooth slide without havin to keep popping the clutch.
It is a huge confidence boost knowing that the box will not break around the next corner.

anything for SR20det trannies? i assume that means upgraded input and output shafts. i've yet to break a trans on my car but it will happen eventually. mostly curious

Yeah they make them for SR.We have a top running guy here using one and he loves it.
