Can u drift a motorcycle?

Is it possible to drift a motorcycle? I have heard people saying that they have seen motorcycle races on TV and seen riders slideing the bikes in the rain. Is it possible though?

i have seen two types of motorcycle drifting:
1. dirt bike style bikes that are built specifically to drift around an oval track
2. dirt bikes with street tires that race on race tracks, good drivers ccan drift them with finesse and ease.

I've seen something like that on speed channel, I thought it was just called flat track racing. The drivers almost always break something too, they make hockey players look like ballerinas.

flat track racers only turn left...like Nascar. Supermotard is usually run on a super tight track like a professional go-kart track, but they usually have a dirt turn and a jump as well. There is a lot of bumping and crashing.
