Man I hope i get to go back... The Falken Drift Showoff in Colorado last year was by far the best event i went to. Besides being pounded by rain, sleet and hail all weekend long. Watching Seigo and Kouguchi do a three wheel motion off the side of the cliff on the top of Pikes Peak will never be forgotten. Whoever hasnt seen the video footage of that has got to find it and watch it, its frickin sickning. I think Seigo use to have it up on his site for people to download check it out. http://www.garage-s.jp/photo2.html
So anyway it was raining and cold as hell so i kept drifting around and around and around the course because the car was staying cool. but then towards the end i was doing donuts and playing around and one of the heater hoses busted and started steaming like crazy, but nothing serious.
hey ben, heard that your s14 was at the houston drift showoff and i cant find any pics of ur car. so if u got any pics of it or anything could u post them up?
yea i heard its gonna be real crazy this year, a lot of people are goin and more pros are gonna be there too, dont wanna ruin the surprise so im not gonna name anyone. The rain did suck.........sort of. I dont see how the falken team was hittin those turns in the rain goin so fast. I did see footage of the pikes peak mountain drifting on tv.....amazing. Hope to see you again this year, i was thinking about competing but im still 16 and dont have enough experience, dont wanna embarass myself.
Hey, I just had some questions about your aero and wheels. How's the fitment? Today at Formula D it seemed fine, just some gap between the headlights and the front bumper. But that could be because of the run in you had earlier.
Also, what are the offset of the wheels? I looked on the Peak Performance website, and it states that the wheels are 18x9.5 in the front and 18x10.5 in the rear. No offsets are listed though. I noticed you rolled your fenders though. And how much negative camber are you running?
I'm not planning on putting on overfenders, so I'll probably just roll. But I don't want to run a lot of negative camber. What do you think about 18x9.5 +12 and +18?
who was at formula d sonoma? ...first off, congrats for qualifying....and for those who were there, did you see his tshirt.....yes, HIS tshirt...either hit him up or bug the guys over at schikane clothing for his *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*....

Sorry, I have a lot of questions. Haha.
Well for the aero all i put on was the front bumper and it fit pretty nicely. But as you mentioned the gap between the headlights. I dont have any headlight brackets holding them, just the mounting points on the fenders. LOL And i destroyed that bumper in ATL Round 2 not Sanoma. "DAMN ROCK PIT"
The offset on the wheels are 18x9.5 +15 FRONT and 18x10.5 +15 REAR. And as for the fenders i did not roll them they are the Origin front and rear wide FRP fenders.
For camber i think i run about 2-3 in the front and about 1 in the rear
And with the sizes u want to run im not sure but u might have to at least roll the inside lip and put in some more negative camber to fit those sizes. but im not a wheel size pro so dont go off of what i say. Also do u have s13 or s14 because i think u can fit bigger in s14 "the rear that is i dont know about front" But again dont take my word for it im not 100%.
Oh and sorry it took me a while to resond. Havnt checked this in a while.
