DRFT S15 chop top?

Does anyone know about the DRFT S15 Silvia? It caught my attention in a video cuz it looks to be a chop top. It the same blue color as the DRFT rx-7 that's always on the back covers of LA Auto Guide. It doesn't seem to rank high in D1, but it's still a cool car

that's a nice pic. I'm not really into chop tops, but since we're on the topic, has anyone seen pics of a red chop top wrx Sti? If you've watched JDM Insider 1, they show it for a second. I have no idea who builds it though
