No, he means the Host of the show, not J-Rod. The host just doesn't have a clue about the sport, or what is going on. Hosts don't usually have to though, although it would make it a bit better in my opinion if the host knew what the hell they were talking about. They had some fill in host for the usual guy, but neither are very good for this type of program.

Hell you can get a VCR for $10 at a grocery store here in Houston. Of course everythings cheeper in Texas.

Two things really annoyed me about this episode:

1. The announcers lack of different words. Every event he has a phrase he repeats over and over again. I forgot this event (someone please tell me it!) but I remember before it was "He's playing catch up!"

2. During the podium finish and they showed Gushi talking it almost seemed Rhys Millen just butted in a started talking about how he wanted to thank his sponsors, brag about his points, etc.

Just my $.02. Feel free give a rebuttal anyone.

If it was so annoying how can you NOT remember it,
I apprecaite your comments and appreciate that your such a fan of drifting that you critique the show your comments make a better product.
So your comment is noted and I will make the necessary changes.

Rhys is a good guy and had no intentions of cutting of Gushi.
