full frame = basically the body is bolted on top of hte drivetrain/suspension or "chassis/frame"
unibody is the frame and body are together asone peice.
in lego terms, take a 2x8 and put some 2x2 peices with the axles on it together and you have a frame, now build a seperate body. apart these are a body and a frame.
Dude unibodies arent hard to repair, take a look at what Matt did to the Enjuku S13 and its alive again...
Plus you don't stuff cars into walls, that's only Derrick haha, j/k poor Derrick
In all seriousness, I would go for a Holden Ute, talk to GM, I'm sure they've heard about you and might be willing to try to get one for you, it would be no sweat for them, but there's no marketing connection for them here in US
Cadillac Catera is the same as the Commodore/Ute/Monaro. Get one and drop the LS1 in, maybe even cut the back out to make your own ute heh.
Otherwise... um old Buick Skylark.. 90's Thunderbirds are nice too, and I like the XR4Ti as well

true, but that took a lot of work.

ive thought of that a lot, but for waht im wanting to do , whcih is turn the normal rice hating close minded muscle car guy onto drifting, im not sure if a ute would fit the bill.

i found out about this a while ago, and yes it woudl be a very very cool drift car.
Inexpensive, small, lightweight, fits chey v-8's, and has tons of parts availible.
And it's got a full frame.
havent thought about this option, good idea but just not what im going for.
im relly leaning towards 70-73 camaro or clone of 70-73, they are everywhere and aftermarket is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge, its honestly like a usdm 240 to america, tehy are everywhere, cheap, making power is cheap, suspension is cheap, andwheels/tires can fit off a lot of GM cars you do see in the junkyard everyday. plus the people who hate drifting and think its a ricer fad might be turned if they see something they had in high school or wanted when they were a kid out there tearing it up. plus they look cool, are light, the suspension has been beat on since day 1 so people know how to make them turn, you can fit huge tires under them, and parts are everywhere.
i really wanted to go wtih a belair also, but time and money to do it right arent gonna be there starting this late in the game on putting together a team and stuff the proper way if i can do it.
