West Yokohama has an S15 front end conversion for relatively cheap.

First off, if you have a 240sx, you don't have a rps13 That chassis code is for the 180sx sr20det model.Assuming you have a fastback you either have a RHS13(ka24e,89-90), RMS13(ka24de,91-93) or KRMS13(super hicas,91-93).

Back to your question, there are plenty of places to buy s13 or s15(expensive) frontends.Cheaper is not always better, try out jspec.com.Its about $1,000 to $1,200 + shipping($300-$450).Heres a link:
