Looks to me like Dai is playing Mr. Consistency for all it's worth this season. Certainly a smart move, considering all of the new packages and incredibly aggresive drivers who're tipping their hands.
I'd like to see Tanner build on the win, but I'm not sure how long it'll last. Rhys ran into a spot of bad luck at Atlanta, and we've yet to see Wan, Gushi, Gitten, or Forsberg come on song.
Honestly, mid-season car debuts are going to hurt as much as they may help. If the championship means anything to Mopar (and it does, probably much more than boosting Charger sales that're already doing well) they WILL NOT TAKE SAM'S VIPER AWAY!
Memo to Mopar: Win 2006 Championship First. Debut Charger Second. Winning isn't everything, it's the ONLY THING!
