Ya i kinda had da same thing happen to me in a way, the guy has 2 1985 Toyota Corrolas GT-S in his yard for sale, one a levin and the other a Trueno. He hasnt sold them yet but he is sellin them both for $250 a piece, they need a little work but other than that they run fine...come to think of it thats a good deal
