"MOST" DVD players work with only ONE region code.

              (2) Two "Suggestions"

#1- REGION-FREE DVD player: (REGION-FREE DVD players can play MULTIPLE region codes, but generally MOST DVD players work with only ONE region code.)

              #2 Computer DVD-ROM’s: (SOME Computer DVD-ROM’s can play REGION 2 DVD’s)

Can anyone else add to this?

What if it sold for $22.99 for either VHS or DVD?

I do not think that you can change the region code on an "unmodified" PS2

I am able to play region 2 DVDs on most of the computers that I have tried it on. We heard that most of the computers that were sold within the last 2-3 years can allow you to change the region code.

I don't know if it is the newer DVD-ROMs or the software that makes the difference.

                          Does anyone know?
