A friend of mine has a SC 88 FC convertible, and he constantly has problems with it. Hes got alot of mods and he always is in the tuning shop just to get it running smoothly. Its been down for a year and just recently he had it running good and now its got clutch problems and 2 blown apex seals. I dont know what happened but for some reason his car is always down and in a shop. And dont think he is some dumb punk who threashes it either, hes over 40 and takes very good care of it.

      Just recently

^^ Might be down, our severs arent worth $h't

Another friend of mine did have a 87 TII and he started in a s13 and hated the FC's snap oversteer. He sold it within a month and went back to a s13.

A T2 is an awsome car. I got 9 mpg because ...well I never looked into it but my friend gets 23 mpg. It's probobally the most reliable car in my family. I've driven it 4 hours with no problem. It doesn't overheat that easily in traffic. (Clutch fan ) And it handles like a dream and is fast. I decided to dump all my money into mine and am pushing 380 rwhp (I'm only 17 with a part time job) If you want any specific info go to www.rx7club.com and look around.

            Nick(SmogSUX),

What are you doing on the drifing forums? Do your parents know where you are? LOL. You don't even drift biatch!! J/K Good to see you over here.

Anyway, I beat the hell out of my car as Nick can attest to and I don't have any problems with it. The only problems I have are old hoses giving out from age and heat. Mechanically the car is sound and gets thrashed on 4 to 5 times a week. Like others have said, keep the engines tuned, lubricated, and cool and you'll have one hell of a car. www.rx7club.com www.nopistons.com www.teamfc3s.com are all good sources for info. Best of luck to you.

            Zach
