Here we dont have autozone we have checker, anywayz the only thing I've bought there is the repair manual to my car. But my friend has bought they're flexi tube to make a custom cold air intake. No problems with them, they can order real aftermarket parts if I want, ACT clutch for my car...but its like $400.00

Theres a place in my hometown called Salina Autoparts. Its nice because i can go in there, tell them what i want, and they go back and get it and im done. Nothing against large chain autoparts stores but sometimes its just like ............kill me.....

One time i needed valve cover gaskets for a small block ford (302). I go to one of our large chain stores, guess what - "well we dont carry those." WTF I about *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* myself. They made millions of those engines it seems, and for a while it seemed that just bout every ford had a SB until they 4.6L came out. Anyways, that beeatch at the counter didnt know sh_t so i took my money elsewhere.

Those places dont suck. They may not be the place for performance parts, but there great for normal parts and matience equip. Seriously, your not going to go to autobacs for a replacement glove box light, are you?

He does have a very valid point. Auto Zone has everything you need for normal maintenance and whatnot. But aside from everyday needs, no one goes in there expecting to find intercoolers or turbo timers or anything. Unless you are complete rice and ignorant. That's why we have Racing Zone and all the other performance shops. At least in Orlando.

well i hate to admit it ..but im rolling a part time job at kragen while i go to school..
yes we can get a buch of good *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*...just got to know where to look and who to ask for...the only reasy we stock APC is cause they cut us a hella good deal..so CSK makes a good margen on it..

just ask to see there "do not loose" book..youll find all the good stuff in there and they can get it in under a week at most..

So if your in the east bay..come by and ill be able to get the stuff for ya..
