Any shops in the LA area........

Can anyone help me out? Im tryin to find a shop for rent in the LAX area, but i wouldnt mind a 20-30 minute drive or so. I found a few, but nothing looks worth getting into. Im not running a business, just as a hobby shop but am looking for enough room to build some cars. my price range is about $2700 or so. And would perfer the place to be wired up to specs and everything, but i can deal if not. thanx for the help

no.....im not saying that. What i am saying is that i wanted to maybe get some help from people who might know from word of mouth because the shops that ive found in certain classifieds arent what Im looking for. thanx

3-4 car shop...all wired up with good neighbors in a decent area. Give or take a few things. Im just looking for ideas...that all.
