GT LIVE ANNOUNCES FALKEN TIRE PARTNERSHIP
SANTA MONICA (February 20) - GT LIVE, the interactive motorsports festival featuring multiple spectator and participant oriented activities, announces a broad partnership with Falken Tire. As part of the deal the Falken Tire professional drift team is integrated into the event content of GT LIVE. Falken Tire also becomes the presenting sponsor of GT LIVE. Falken Tire specific GT LIVE content elements include:

The Falken Drift Demo will feature Falken pro drivers and cars putting on two formation drift performances a day at each GT LIVE event. The Falken Drift Experience is a continuation of a program started by Paramax and Falken in 2005. It allows the general public to receive drift rides with professional drivers on a real race track. Drift Day is the longest running and most established grass roots drift program in the US. At Miller Motorsports Park Drift Day will be host to Drift Day, Drift 101 as well as a Drift Day Competition.
"Our relationship with Falken Tire goes back to the very first GT LIVE in 2004 and in a sense, this 2007 partnership has been three years in the making. We're a big believer in integrating our business partners into the content of GT LIVE, so this relationship is about as perfect as it gets for us. We are really, really happy to have Falken Tire on board for 2007 in this capacity." stated Randy Grube, founder and organizer of GT LIVE. For their part, Falken Tire was just as pleased: "This is our third major project with Paramax and GT LIVE since 2004. Each one was innovative and gave us a strong return for our investment. We like how much effort GT LIVE takes to integrate Falken Tire, our drift team and our product into the event content. We can't wait for the first event at Miller." commented Mickey Andrade, Falken Tire Supervisor of Motorsports.
The GT LIVE 2007 schedule is as follows:
* Miller Motorsports Park in Salt Lake City, Utah, April 27-29
* Virginia International Raceway in Alton, Virginia, October 5-7
