Believe it or not, stuff like this is easy as long as you have a shop, lift, and its not your daily driver.

unfortunatly, most people that buy this will attempt it on a daily driver, and fall short when they run out of money, or realized its not a 1 day event.

I think as with all types of projects you will have 2 kinds of people 1 who can afford to have all the parts on hand and get it done quick and those who will do it as they have time and money
